Late Policy
In the case that you may be late, please contact ASAP via phone, or text (the spa) to notify the service provider. There is a 10 minute grace period, however, any time over 10 minutes will result in a shortened treatment without any refund.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. If there is no valid credit card on file or if the charge is declined, the fee will be added to the client’s account. Future appointments will not be scheduled until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Preparation
Please fill out the forms emailed or texted to you prior to your appointment. Please refrain from any injections (botox and filler), prescription retinols, and facial tattooing at least 10 days prior to your facial or waxing.
