Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including all labels, accessories, and any external or inner packaging).

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Some items are final sale / non-returnable, such as:

    • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

    • Gift cards

    • Clearance or deeply discounted items

    • Custom or personalized orders

 

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at info@essence2aestheticsandwellness.com with your order number, date of purchase, item name, and reason for return.

  • We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how/where to ship the return.

  • Do not send returns without prior authorization—unauthorized returns may be rejected.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our mistake—wrong item, defective item, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

4. Refunds / Credits

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original shipping paid) are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., defective or wrong item).

  • If an item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged (beyond regular inspection), we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We can offer exchanges for the same item (if in stock) or store credit in lieu of a refund.

  • The process for exchange is the same as returns: contact support, get authorization, send the item back, then we ship the replacement.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@essence2aestheticsandwellness.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement, provide a free return shipping label, or issue a full refund (including original shipping).

 

7. Non-returnable Items / Hygiene Considerations

  • Due to health and safety, we may refuse returns for items where the seal is broken or packaging has been opened (especially for skincare and cosmetics).

  • Always ensure items are well-protected and in original packaging when returned.

 

8. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will apply only to purchases made after the effective date.
