Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including all labels, accessories, and any external or inner packaging).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Some items are final sale / non-returnable, such as:

Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

Gift cards

Clearance or deeply discounted items

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@essence2aestheticsandwellness.com with your order number, date of purchase, item name, and reason for return.

We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how/where to ship the return.

Do not send returns without prior authorization—unauthorized returns may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our mistake—wrong item, defective item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds / Credits

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs (original shipping paid) are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (e.g., defective or wrong item).

If an item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged (beyond regular inspection), we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.
5. Exchanges

We can offer exchanges for the same item (if in stock) or store credit in lieu of a refund.

The process for exchange is the same as returns: contact support, get authorization, send the item back, then we ship the replacement.
6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@essence2aestheticsandwellness.com with photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement, provide a free return shipping label, or issue a full refund (including original shipping).
7. Non-returnable Items / Hygiene Considerations

Due to health and safety, we may refuse returns for items where the seal is broken or packaging has been opened (especially for skincare and cosmetics).

Always ensure items are well-protected and in original packaging when returned.
8. Policy Changes
